1.Sollicitatie (Instrument- en besturingskabels):
De gepantserde LSOH-versies (Deel 1 Type 2) worden over het algemeen gebruikt wanneer het risico op mechanische schade wordt vergroot. Het gegalvaniseerde staaldraadpantser biedt uitstekende bescherming. Over het algemeen gebruikt in industriële procesfabrieken voor communicatie-, data- en spraaktransmissiesignalen en -diensten. Ook gebruikt voor de onderlinge verbinding van elektrische apparatuur en instrumenten, kan de LSOH-mantel de uitstoot van giftige rook en rook verminderen
